EMMA PALMER


As an ex Operations Director with over 12 years project management experience in small, medium and large creative agencies in London, I now work 'virtually' and am able to offer a bespoke and tailored service to suit your needs.

From project managing multiple marketing and advertising campaigns both on and offline, through to organising the workload of 40+ people in the ever changing environment of a top tier creative agency, I have a range of experience across a multitude of projects.  I've been responsible for planning and launching a central workflow and finance system for a 300 strong agency, setting up and running complex photoshoots and have worked for blue chip clients such as Tesco, Vodafone and Microsoft. 

I’m used to forward planning, multi-tasking and problem solving. I understand the importance of deadlines and a happy client.

As a self-confessed ‘organiser’ freak. I love spreadsheets, to-do lists, prioritising and turning chaos into order. I hate inbox tumbleweed where emails are left unanswered. I believe in getting back to people quickly, politely and being professional to everyone whatever their level.

I now bring my skills and experience to agencies, photographers and businesses that need help but do not require a full time resource.
